 And later it followed the time of the "fonkys" holes, in the places Siempre lo mismo, El Herradero, Salón Chicago, Petunias, etc., where Paco Gruexxo and Three Souls in my Mind, was the winners.

They were dirty places, where the violence was always latent, either for the same parishioners or for the authority, the cops, the policemen. They didn't gather the minimum conditions of security, hygiene and acoustics to harbor desirous people of listening music honestly.

Some of those that managed those local, had strange relationships with the authorities, to be able to thrive to the youths' that only wanted to listen mexican rock, made by mexican youths.
The biggest hole was probably the "islands" of Ciudad Universitaria (located in the central garden), where they were carried out concerts where the drug circulated in great quantities. It was impressive the cloud of smoke, but the worts was the young with the smeared face of chemicals.

 The name of fonkys holes , it was invented by Parménides García Saldaña, author of several books that described the panorama of the "wave". among the books we have La ruta de la onda (The route of the wave), Pasto verde (Green Grass) and Rey Criollo (The King Creole). For fortune the writers could develop and to express that that daily the youths of some parts of our country lived.
 And they were not only writers, but poets, film directors, actors of theater, cinema and television directors; dancers, plastic artists, mimes and musicians that came being developed from the decade of the sixty. They also suffered persecutions, as the prohibition of the play Hair in Acapulco, the confiscation on the part of the Secretary of Government of the recordings of Pop Music Team, the thief of tapes of The Epilogue on the part of CBS and not few censorships to the cultural goods that took place.  Many groups resisted in those places, but the bad treatments, the low salaries, the payment lack, the "agandalle" and the assault made desist to many that were musicians but non masochists.
 The public was in general terms of low revenues and the insults and those mentioned of mother, they were average currency between the musicians and the public. The Three Souls in my Mind knew how to exploit that new state of things and so far it follows it making, and what is worse, people feel happy with those mentioned to her mama.

 
 For those times a nationalist rhetoric of Luis Echeverría government existed and speeches on the Third World faced to the big metropolises. The politics of repression against the youths and the mexican rock, gave cause to foreign music's of bad quality massive entrance, with the consequent exit of foreign currencies and the not production of national rock of export, neither of local consumption. That is to say, he made us more dependent of the metropolises than so much they were attacked.
